I was a sufferer of snoring for over 10 years.  It was having a very negative effect on my life and my wife’s life.  Several months ago I started using a snoring mouth guard to cure my snoring.  It worked well but had quite a few problems.

Why Not The Snoring Mouthpiece?

I had built this site after I had success with the snoring mouth guard.  I was so happy to have found something that worked that I started this blog immediately to let other snorers know that there is a solution out there that doesn’t involve dangerous surgery or expensive medications.

After using the mouth guard for a few weeks I began to get tired of the problems I was having with it.

The Problems

1. The mouth guard causes me to drool really bad.  When I’m sleeping at night with the mouthpiece I will wake myself up sometimes because I’m drooling so much.  The nights when I don’t wake myself up I will wake up in the morning in a puddle of drool on my pillow.  I can’t tell you how many pillow cases I go through each week.

2. The snoring mouth guard falls out of my mouth frequently and when it does I start snoring again.  This is my wife’s least favorite of all the problems because when the mouthpiece falls out I start snoring like a chainsaw again and she has to wake me up, turn on the light, and both of us have to look for the mouthpiece.

3. It’s uncomfortable.  It took me quite a while to get used to the piece being in my mouth before I could sleep comfortably with it in.

4. It would make my teeth and jaw sore.  The nights where it would stay in my mouth all night I would wake up in the morning and my teeth and my jaw would be sore.  This never really went away and it was something that began to bother me quite a bit.

What I Did To Solve The Problem

I was shopping for a new mattress with my wife and the salesperson that was helping us overheard me talking about my snoring problem.  He suggested I try a snoring spray.  At first I thought that it was rediculous that a spray could stop my snoring.  The salesperson insisted that there was a spray that he used that had completely wiped out his snoring in only a couple of days.

I was shocked and really didn’t believe what he was saying but I was getting really tired of the snoring mouth guard’s problems so I got home and ordered the spray the salesman had recommended.

I have to say that after using the spray for 3 nights my snoring has been greatly reduced.  Another night or two and I think it will be completely gone.  My wife says she isn’t woken up at night by me so we know it’s working.

How It Works

It’s really very simple.  Just a few sprays before bed.  Nothing complicated.  And I love the fact that I don’t have to wear any rediculous head gear or put anything in my mouth like I did with the snoring mouth guard and the other products.
